I have wanted a Balsam Hill tree for a while now & this year was the year as I live alone & could afford the smaller tree. I'm not sure what I expected but I was disappointed. Lights seem very sparse. Rule of thumb is 100 lights per foot of tree so I should have known 300 were too few but being Balsam Hill I trusted them. There was all ready a bulb burned out & I struggled to replace it & finally gave up & got in touch with the company. They were very polite & offered to send a new string of lights but I passed on the offer. Have you ever tried to replace lights on a prelit tree? Ha! So I'm just focusing on the 299 lights that are lit...lol! Makes my OCD crazy! Would I recommend this tree to family & friends? Not without them seeing mine first. Then they can make their own decision. Long story short - would I purchase another one? No...

My bank account told me it was a great sale but you'll still have to get the short tree. I love it. It is a very pretty tree with plenty of lights. I ordered Magnolia topper to add a couple of feet, it is also beautiful. BH has everything in mind from set up to a bag large enough to put the tree in for storage. Received first class service even though my purchase was not for a large amount.

Realistic smaller tree that is perfect for our cottage. We love how it enhances our cozy home and look forward to having it for many years. Easy to put up and can't beat the price. Thanks Balsam Hill!

Since it was after Christmas when I ordered the tree
I decided to put it up to see what it looked like and to make sure the lights worked. They did and it looked really good.
Was easy to take out of box and put up. I would recommend this product
